Attention bloggers! I'd like to introduce you to our newest family member. Everyone was overjoyed at her arrival. We haven't been the same since she rolled her way into our lives. To say we're thrilled with her performance would be an understatement.
Bloggers, this is Roomba. We call her Rosie.
In honor of the Jetson's Rosie.
Except our Rosie doesn't deliver phone messages, wash dishes or serve an entire meal in a tiny morsel.
Basically, she just vacuums.
She travels all over the house vacuuming as she goes. When she finds a really dirty spot, her light turns blue and she goes over it again and again.
Her light turns blue a lot.
Reesie + Rosie = love. Chica chases her all over the house and squeals when Rosie bumps into her legs. In return for all that entertainment, Reese makes sure there's always enough on the floor to keep Rosie busy for hours. In our house, our robot's never short on work.
Anytime Rosie rolls under a bed or the couch, I say a silent prayer for her journey. Only the most valiant of vacuum cleaners can survive what's under there.
Now if someone could just invent a robot that grocery shops...

I have always wondered if those things worked! So how is it? Will it work on tile and hardwood floors??
ReplyDeleteBritney- Yep! Unless you set up it's laser wall thing (or have a real wall) it'll go from tile to carpet and back again without a problem. I wouldn't replace it with our regular vacuum, but it's great in for everyday maintenance.
